BAYSIDE COPS FOR CANCER FUNDRAISER

Bayside Middle School is trying to raise $10 000 for Cops for Cancer by next Wednesday, Oct. 5.

Teachers have offered to do a variety of things to promote the fundraiser.

  • $10 000 Ms. Isbister & Ms. Lee will shave their heads
     
  • $9 000 Mme. Gevers will get a tattoo
     
  • $8 000 Ms. Stewart & Mr. Chen will sing a duet 
     
  • $6 000 Ms. Dennett will drink a blended-up MacDonald’s meal
     
  • $5 000 Ms. Hill and her band will perform for us 
     
  • $4 000 Mr. Davidson will wear make-up all day
     
  • $3 000 Mme. Shuh will wear the Bayside Shark Mascot costume all day 
     
  • $2 000 Mr. McCully, Mr. Stoehr & Mr. Mac will get hosed down by the fire department 
     
  • $1 000 Mr. Chen will wax his legs
     
  • If we fill the Toonie Tower, Ms. Graves will get a bucket of ice water dumped on her head.

 

To help raise money for Cops for Cancer:

  • Candy bags and treats will be on sale for $2 in the Gallery at big recess Tuesday Sept. 27 and Wednesday, Sept. 28
     
  • Bake Sale Tuesday, October 4 
     
  • Don’t forget to bring a toonie for the toonie tower as well!!!
     
  • You can also donate online on the Bayside Middle School Team on the Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock website. 

If every Bayside family donates $20, we will reach our $10 000 goal.
