To purchase a lunch for your student, visit our hot lunch site at bayside.hotlunches.net (note the new URL this year). On the right-hand side, select “Click Here to Register” and use the access code BMS to create an account. Once your account is created, click “Profile” → “Manage Students” → “Insert New” and add your student(s). You can then place your lunch orders.

FAQ's:

• I had an account last year. Do I need to create a new one? Yes. You need to create a new account every school year. All family information is removed from our system at the end of each school year, so a new account needs to be set up even if you’ve had one before.
• Can I set up a second account for my child, even if their other parent already has one set up? Yes! Just add another character to your child’s name (e.g., Michael Buble1). Our system does not accept duplicate names, but adding a character will allow it to accept the second account.
• Hot lunches pose financial constraints for my family. Is there a way to help with the cost? Yes. Please contact your child’s classroom teacher or school administration, as funding is often available. All lunches are delivered in the same manner, so school-funded lunches remain confidential outside of the teacher/administration and the Hot Lunch Coordinator.
• I need to make a change to my order. How do I do that? Email baysidepac@gmail.com with the changes you would like, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please note that once we have placed our orders with the vendors, we may no longer be able to make changes.
• My child is sick on Hot Lunch day. Can I get a refund? Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for missed Hot Lunches, as we have already paid our vendors. If your child is going to be absent, you can email baysidepac@gmail.com before 9:00 a.m. and we can either leave their lunch in the office for pickup or reroute it to a sibling or friend.
