Dear Future Stelly's Students and Parents/Guardians,

We are excited to begin the transition process to Stelly's in the coming weeks! We look forward to meeting with all future students to provide them with the information and support needed as they prepare for this important step. There will be opportunities for both students and parents to learn about the course selection process and how to navigate the course guide.

We strongly encourage families to take full advantage of these opportunities. As we build our timetable around the course selections of our students, making well-informed and thoughtful decisions now will greatly increase the likelihood of securing the courses that best meet each student’s needs.

Please take note of the following important dates:

• February 24 - Initial meeting with all grade 8 students (at Bayside)
• February 26 - Mini-course fair of elective classes for students (at Bayside)
• February 27 - Course selection forms distributed to student’s homeroom

February 27 - Course selection information for current Grade 8 parents (Stelly’s MPR)

• Meeting runs from 6:00 to 7:00 pm in the Stelly’s MPR and will be accessed virtually through TEAMs. Join the meeting Meeting ID: 225 921 410 441  Passcode: uC6df7MX
• March 3 - Follow-up with Stelly’s counsellors
  • Stelly’s counsellors available by phone to answer questions about course selection or about transition to Stelly’s. To book an appointment by phone or in-person, please visit the Counselling Page on the Stelly's website. 
• March 6 - Course selection forms due to Bayside: Please return forms to your student’s homeroom teacher.
• April / May - Stelly’s School tours
