Info for Students…

• Dodgeball Champions: Congratulations to 7-9 for winning the grade 6/7 dodgeball championship!! Stay tuned to the announcements for more fun activities coming up at Bayside! 
• Dance Club: Important practice today at lunch recess.
• Talent Show Performers: Drama room open at lunch recess to practice your act!
• Field Hockey: If you are a grade 6,7, or 8 girl interested in playing field hockey this year, please come to an info meeting in E105 today at first recess with Ms. Alford. No experience is necessary. Come out and learn how to play this amazing sport.
• Grade 8 A girls Volleyball: Reminder that we will have a short practice today after school until 4pm.   Also, well done to both grade 8 girls competitive volleyball teams who finished their regular season yesterday.  The playoffs begin next week.
• Grade 7 Boys Volleyball: A reminder that you practise today in the gym during lunch recess, see you there Sharks. 
• Grade 6/7 Boys Volleyball: Reminder that we have a game today after school at Gordon Head Middle School and a practice tomorrow morning at 7:15.
• Attention Volleyball Scorekeepers:  If you have helped with after school scorekeeping this season please see Mr Stoehr in E106 for your free pizza ticket as all pods have a pizza day this week. 
• Bayside Volleyball Tournament: Tomorrow we will see the grade 8 girls team A take on the grade 7 boys in an epic clash! The winner will play the grade 8 boys in the student final!! You do not want to miss this one sharks!
• Skills Canada: All Skills Canada participants, please meet in the Tech Ed Room tomorrow at 8:45 right after the announcements in preparation for the 9am departure from Bayside. Don’t forget your lunch and water bottle.
• Rugby: We will have a meeting for all students interested in playing rugby next Tuesday at lunch in the MPR. All genders and grades welcome! See Mr. Davidson if you have any questions. 
• South Pod Pizza: Reminder that today is pizza day for South Pod. Remember to bring cash to buy your pizza! $2.50 a slice. Tomorrow will be Pizza for the West Pod! 
• Yearbooks: Yearbooks are available to purchase online through student fees until Mar 17, 2023 for $22.  Don’t miss out, there is a limited quantity available!
