Info for Students…

• Pink Shirt Day: Pink Shirt Day is on Wed, Feb. 22. Today and tomorrow are the last days to purchase this year’s pink shirt. They are $15 in the Gallery at recess today and tomorrow.
• Pink Shirt Day Bake Sale: Pink Shirt Day Bake Sale is on Tomorrow in East, West & South Pods at Little Recess and Big Recess. There are over 1000 pink baked goods to buy. Cookies are $1, Rice Krispy Squares, blondies, doughnuts and cupcakes are $2. 
• Random Acts of Kindness Bingo Challenge: Please put completed Bingo Cards in the box in the Gallery by the end of little recess today. Three kind students will win a Sweet Prize at the end of the day today. Thank you to all who participated in making someone’s day brighter. Way to go Sharks!
• Paper Recycling: Div. 8-6 requests that all teachers have their paper recycling bin placed outside their room by the end of Block 1 so that our class can collect them and empty them for you.  Thank you, Merci, HISKWE!
• Leadership: Meeting today at little recess in the Home Ec room.
• Dance Club: Bayside’s Dance Club meets today at lunch recess in the Drama room! Open to everyone.
• Japanese Club: Japanese Club meets today at 1PM in the LC. All are welcome, no experience necessary.
• GSA: GSA club will be meeting  today at lunch recess at 12:45pm in South computer Lab.  All welcome!
• Grade 8 Girls REC Volleyball: You have a practice at lunch TODAY from 12:45-1:15. And a reminder that you have our final jamboree TOMORROW after school here at Bayside!! 
• Grade 6 & 7 Girls Volleyball: Good luck to all the grade 6 and 7 girls volleyball teams in their games today.  The grade 6/7 A team is at St Patricks, the 6/7 B team is at North Saanich and the grade 7 competitive team is here at Bayside.
• Grade 6/7 Boys Volleyball: Practice tomorrow 7:15 am before school.
• Grade 8 Dodgeball Grand Final: A reminder that tomorrow we will see the grade 8 dodgeball final between 8-4 and 8-8. This will be a best 2 out of 3 contest…get ready to get loud Sharks! 
• Grade 6/7 Dodgeball: The grade 6/7 dodgeball tournament will finish next week, we will have the quarter finals and semifinals on Monday and the Grand Final next Wednesday March 1st!
