Info for Students…

• Dodgeball Tournament: Our two dodgeball tournaments will start tomorrow in the gym. One tournament is for grade 6, 7’s, and multi’s and the other tournament is for grade 8 divisions only! These tournaments are class vs class competitions so please encourage everyone in your class to compete! Check the schedules in the gym to see who your class plays! No adults are allowed to play on your team though, this is a students only tournament. See Mr. Davidson if you have any questions. 
• Shark Attack: Are you a hockey player? Are you in grade 8? Do you want to play in a match against the staff? See Ms.Lee and Mr.Stoehr in the Home Ec room today at lunch recess.
• Shark Attack: We are looking for someone or a couple of people to sing O Canada to start the game. We are also looking for figure skaters or speed skaters to perform during intermission. If you are interested, please meet with Ms. Lee at little recess tomorrow (Wednesday) in the Home Ec room.
• Dance Club: Bayside’s Dance Club meets every Tuesday at lunch recess in the Drama room! Open to everyone.
• Talent Show: Tryouts tomorrow at lunch. Check the schedule for your time.
• GSA: GSA club will be meeting in the ART room today at 12:45.  All are welcome!
• Grade 8 Boys Volleyball: Well done to the grade 8 boys for winning 5 out of 6 games and closing out a close game versus Gordon Head winning 26-24.
• Grade 8 Girls REC Volleyball: You have a practice at lunch TODAY from 12:45-1:15. Plus a reminder that you have games after school TOMORROW at Cedar Hill Middle School. Be sure to have your own rides arranged. 
• Grade 7 Girls Competitive Volleyball: Grade 7 Girls should meet at the PCS gym at 3:45 today after school for their games against PCS and ROMS.
• Grade 6/7 Boys Volleyball: Practice tomorrow 7:15 am before school.
• Grade 6/7 Girls Volleyball: You have a quick meeting at lunch today in room W112 to discuss the jamborees after school today. Team A you are going to Royal Oak. And B team you are staying here at Bayside. 
• Yearbooks: Yearbooks are available to purchase online through Student Fees until Mar 17, 2023 for $22.  Don’t miss out, there is a limited quantity available!
