Info for Students…

• Pink Shirt Day: Pink Shirt Day is TODAY. Today is the last day to purchase this year’s pink shirt. They are $15 in the Gallery at recess today.
• Pink Shirt Day Bake Sale: Is on today in East, West & South Pods at Little Recess and Big Recess. There are about 1000 pink baked goods to buy. Cookies and doughnuts are $1, Rice Krispy Squares, blondies, and cupcakes are $2. Proceeds will go to CKNW Kids Fund. 
• Leadership Students Selling at the Bake Sale: The schedule is on the clipboard in each pod. Please show up 5 minutes before your shift.
• Skills Canada: Skills Canada competitors come down to the Tech Ed room at lunch for a permission slip.
• Talent Show: All performers, please meet in the multipurpose room today a the beginning of lunch – bring your lunches!
• Grade 8 Dodgeball Grand Final: Today is the day! The grade 8 dodgeball finale between 8-4 and 8-8 will take place in the big gym today during lunch recess. This will be a best 2 out of 3 contest…get ready to get loud Sharks! 
• Grade 6/7 Dodgeball Tournament: The grade 6/7 dodgeball tournament will continue on Monday, the grand finale will be played one week from today!! Listen to the announcements and check instagram for more details! 
• Grade 6/7 Girls Rec Volleyball: Congratulations to the grade 6/7 girls rec volleyball teams! The A team played hard against St. Patricks and won both games against Lansdowne. The B team won all 4 games against North Saanich and Lansdowne. Go Sharks!
• Grade 7 Girls Comp Volleyball: The Grade 7 Girls Comp squad defeated both Royal Oak and Glandford in their home game yesterday. Keep up the excellent work girls! Thank you to Ayvah, Makenna and Piper for doing the scorekeeping. 
• Grade 7 Boys Volleyball: You have a practice tomorrow during lunch recess. This is a mandatory practice so make sure you are there! 
• Grade 8 Girls REC Volleyball: Our final jamboree is TODAY after school here at Bayside. Please be in the gym ready to practise at 2:40. See you there!  Also good luck to the competitive girls Grade 8 volleyball teams who both play at Gordon Head Middle School today.  Good luck to all Sharks today.  
• Grade 8 Girls Comp B Volleyball: Please come to a short meeting at the beginning of Little Recess today in Mr Chen’s room!
• Bayside Volleyball Tournament: The Bayside Volleyball tournament continues this Friday. We will see the grade 7 girls team take on grade 8 girls team A in an epic match, see you there sharks!
